Comprehensive Cuisine is a custom restaurant recommendation and reservation service based in Philadelphia. Being a part of one of the great food cities of the US we are constantly amazed by all the multicultural and especially delicious restaurants around the city. each and every cuisine is unique and it shares its very own story. Because of this we wanted to explore all of the different cuisines and therefore the cultures surrounding them. We began to gain a better understanding of the vast variety of food in the city as well as the stories that the city has to share. For example, we began to understand the story of Italian immigrants settling in South Philadelphia and the ways in which they built their own community there. Additionally as we began to travel to different parts of the globe we became fascinated in the cuisines there as they display aspects of the local culture. We wanted to share that same experience with you by giving you recommendations to best immerse yourself into a place and its culture.
